As our receptionist you are the face of our company, offering a warm welcome to our lovely clients in person, over the phone and online. Always making sure any requirements or feedback are dealt with in a friendly yet professional manner. You’ll work in a vibrant, international and sometimes crazy but fun environment. Our London hair salons are dotted around the East; the creative area’s of Shoreditch, Barbican/Clerkenwell. The very first branch was established in 2005, we know our industry inside out, work with the best products and have built a loyal client following over the years. Requirements for receptionist positions are:
• Good communication skills and good command of English
• Be flexible and on time
• Experience working in a salon
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools like Excel and Word
• Love to work as part of a team
• Open and happy personality
• Eligible to work in the UK.
